Ohio implemented the new e-QuickPay SM program so custodial parents can access their payments online using a MasterCard debit card.  Your payments are automatically loaded onto the card and you can go to most MasterCard ATM and retailer locations in Ohio and around the world to make purchases or receive cash.  To sign up for e-QuickPay:  call toll free 1-888-965-2676 or www.e-QuickPay.com

·                    To receive services, you must complete a IV-D application.  Call our office to obtain a copy.

·                    Effective September 2000, the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and their financial institution is receiving, processing and issuing all support payments.  Our agency continues to accept cash payments from “walk-ins”; however, it is preferred that all payments be mailed to:

·                    Federal and state laws have created the National Medical Support Notice

(NMSN) to help obtain health insurance for child support children.  If you are under a court order or administrative order to provide medical insurance for your child(ren), the NMSN requires your employer to enroll your child(ren) in any medical insurance it has available for them and to withhold the premiums from your paychecks. *** For more information on the NMSN, contact the Customer Service Hotline.
