Anyone has the right to apply for our services.  Our agency determines eligibility based on federal and state laws.  To qualify for any program, there is an application process to complete.  Most applications require a scheduled face-to-face interview.

To receive services, you must complete a IV-D application. Call our office to obtain a copy.

Effective September 2000, the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and their financial institution is receiving, processing and issuing all support payments. Our agency continues to accept cash payments from “walk-ins”; however, it is preferred that all payments be mailed to:

Federal and state laws have created the National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) to help obtain health insurance for child support children. If you are under a court order or administrative order to provide medical insurance for your child(ren), the NMSN requires your employer to enroll your child(ren) in any medical insurance it has available for them and to withhold the premiums from your paychecks.
