GOOSE CREEK CROSSING

The Board of Preble County Commissioners has retained the services of Kleingers & Associates for the development of the southwest quadrant of the Interstate 70 and US Route 127 North interchange in Preble County, also known as Goose Creek Crossing.

Kleingers & Associates will provide site planning, on-site water and wastewater studies, preliminary environmental studies and assessments, and preliminary construction plans and cost estimates for road improvements which comprise the southern and eastern boundaries of the project area.

Funding for this phase of the project is provided through a $250,000 grant from the Dayton Development Coalition.
